Help for the unemployed in Leninogorsk municipal district

According to specialists of Leninogorsk Employment Centre, psychological distress is a serious problem among unemployed people, and may lead to various social and psychological problems. Specialists of OOO Master Profi organized trainings for unemployed with the aim to release stress.

The last training was attended by 13 unemployed residents of Leninogorsk municipal district – senior citizens, people with disabilities, people of retirement age.

The training’s results revealed that perceptions of material deprivation and emotional support directly affect distress in all labor market outcomes, and mediate the effects of various other factors on such distress.
