In the Bugulminsky centre of employment preliminary results on employment of invalids for 2011 have been brought

With assistance of the centre of employment in 2011 in Bugulma 57 invalids have been employed, 15 of them have taken part in the program of time employment of the jobless citizens, experiencing difficulties in job search.
As experts of the centre mark, the problem of employment of invalids speaks a disbalance between available vacancies and the trades recommended for employment of invalids by service of mediko-social examination.
With a view of rendering of assistance in employment of invalids by experts of the centre of employment of the population of Bugulma all complex of the actions is used, allowing to solve questions of employment of the given category of citizens. For a year with assistance of employees of the centre 15 invalids have passed vocational training, improvement of professional skill by the trades claimed on a labour market and specialities.
168 invalids have received services in psychological support on a practical training at the psychologist.
From among the addressed invalids 9 people have opened their own business and received grants at a rate of 58 800 roubles on realisation of enterprise activity.
With a view of activization of work on employment of invalids, parents, who are bringing up children-invalids, parents having many children within the limits of the Regional program of the additional actions, directed on decrease of intensity on a labour market of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011, 16 special workplaces have been created and equipped by employers, on which 16 unoccupied invalids have been employed.
So, Open Company «Elabuga Ukupr Plast» has created 12 workplaces for blind invalids - of home-workers by a trade the manufacturer brush-type products for bristle, individual businessman Ibragimov has organised 2 workplaces: for a seamstress and a carpenter, IB Detkov-1 a workplace of a dispatcher, IB Shigapov equipped a workplace of a mechanic.
On settlement accounts of employers for indemnification of expenses for creation of each workplace by the centre of employment it is listed 50 thousand roubles.
