The deputy minister of work, employment and social protection of RT will give a master class for volunteers

From December, 16th till December, 19th in Elabuga on the basis of the center of socio-psychological help to the population of "Ariadna" the third session of the social project «Republican Practical Academy of social management» will pass. Schoolboys, students, experts of social protection will take part in its work from 12 voluntary centers "Volunteer" of the Republic of Tatarstan and also from Kaliningrad.
In the program of the third session of Academy there will be master classes and lectures on fundraising, social designing, PR, interaction of public authorities, business and volunteering.
Successful businessmen, heads of public authorities, leaders of noncommercial organizations of Tatarstan will train children. So, the master class on a theme «the State and volunteering» will be spent by the deputy minister of work, employment and social protection of RT Robert Urazov, the master class «Business in the Russian Federation» will be read by Leonid Baryshev, the deputy of the State Council of RT, the general director of Joint-Stock Company «Essen Prodakshn АG».
The organizers of the Academy consider that a future leader should be a successful, self-assured person, who is capable to cope with arising psychological problems independently. Therefore with participants of the Academy the cycle of trainings, directed on development of their internal potential, communicative skills, ability to cope with a high psychoemotional pressure, self-trust increase will be spent.
