From December, 15 till December, 17th in GRK «the Kazan Riviera» the Inter-regional scientifically-practical seminar «Republic Tatarstan Experience on introduction of innovative social technologies in sphere of social service of a family and children who are in a difficult life situation» will pass.
Representatives of the ministries and the departments of the Republic of Tatarstan will take part in seminar work: the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection, the ministry of youth affairs, sports and tourism, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Health, Management of Federal Agency of execution of punishments on the Republic of Tatarstan, Offices of Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan and others.
The minister of work, employment and social protection of RT Ayrat Shafigullin, the chairman of the board of Fund of support of children who are in a difficult life situation Marina Gordeyeva, the Minister of Health RT A.Z. Farrahov, the director of Institute of a family and education of the Russian Academy of Education of S.V.Darmodehin will take part in the plenary session.
The action will pass with assistance of the Fund of support of children who are in a difficult life situation, and the Representative by the rights of child RT.
For participation in the seminar heads of the ministries and departments, establishments of social protection from 22 subjects of the Russian Federation in which with the Fund support the programs including development and introduction of similar technologies and types of service are realized, are invited.
The seminar will be opened by lay-outs of the exhibition where results of design activity of support-experimental platforms of the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of RT will be presented. Also here it will be possible to familiarize with the prevention andrehabilitation equipment and the technologies, introduced in territory of the republic on means of grant’s projects.
Participants can familiarize with models of various offices. Among them are: an advisory training (psycho-diagnostic) office for parents with children with special needs; an office of home visiting service; an office of touch integration in preschool educational institution of a correctional type; an office of development of creative skills and art therapeutic techniques.
During the plenary session questions of perfection of interdepartmental system of social casework of families and minors who are in a difficult life situation, social restoration of minors who have entered the conflict to the law and others will be considered.
Then section sessions on pressing questions of social work with children and families, needing the help, will take place.
Also during the seminar listeners can visit interesting master classes upon termination of which will receive certificates.
