Key aspects of graduate employability discussed in Aznakayevo

A round – table discussion devoted to key aspects of graduate employability has been organized today within the walls of the Job Center in municipal district of Aznakayevo. The meeting was held with participation of Marsel Shaykhullin – head of local administration, heads of agricultural firms, enterprises and organizations, medical and social institutions, educational institutions, specialists of the Government Employment Service.

Participants of the meeting revealed the biggest challenges in the graduate job market existed nowadays - lack of jobs, extended unpaid internships and being dubbed too inexperienced for graduate jobs.
