Open air workouts in Chistopol

Open air workouts aimed at reducing stress and relaxing and easing anxiety are used to be organized for clients of the residential care facility for senior citizens and people with disabilities in Skaryatinsky park located in Chistopol downtown.

A few minutes of practice per day can help ease anxiety. “Research suggests that daily meditation may alter the brain’s neural pathways, making you more resilient to stress,” say specialists of the Centre.
