Quick-fire questions event in Complex Social Service Centre of Mendeleyevsk

Specialists in social work of the Home Care Department of Complex Social Service Centre organized a quick-fire questions event “True or False ...” for social service recipients.

The purpose of the event - prevention of alcohol abuse, the formation of a negative attitude to alcohol.

The blitz survey showed that some people were accustomed to taking some false statements for the truth, but when social workers explained these facts to elderly citizens and people with disabilities, stereotypes were destroyed.

At the end of the event, center staff distributed informational booklets that contained true and false facts about alcohol.
