National Tatar holiday Sabantuy celebrated in social shelter of Pestretsy

National Tatar holiday Sabantuy was celebrated by fosterlings of the social shelter for minors in municipal district of Pestretsy.

The holiday was opened with a concert. After that, a series of traditional tournaments toke place in the yard. The competitions included sack fighting on a log, walking on a wet tilted log, sack racing, running with a spoon in mouth, which had a chicken egg in it, climbing up a slippery pole, and other amusing contests, as well as folk song and dance performances.
