168 schoolchildren provided with paid jobs for summer period in Yelabuga municipal district
Specialized youth employment programmes are used to be annually implemented by specialists of the Employment Centre in Yelabuga municipal district. Participants of the programmes – schoolchildren aged 14 – 18 are provided with employment for summer period.
It should be noted that the number of schoolchildren above 14 years wishing to be employed is growing. This summer specialists of the Government Employment Service target to find jobs for more than 500 minors. Lucky for them the Youth Employment Programme is supported by numerous organizations and enterprises of Yelabuga municipal district.
Due to work performed in cooperation with local employers, employment fairs for schoolchildren, 168 schoolchildren found paid jobs for summer period as of 19 June 2018. 104 schoolchildren will be employed by school labour teams.
Among popular places of work are building and renovation works, agricultural works, are cleaning and landscaping of surrounding territories of public places.
All the schoolchildren have to sign fixed-term employment contracts with their employers. Labor compensation for full-time workers is paid in amount not less that minimum monthly rate of labour payment. What is more, young workers receive material support provided by the Government Employment Service in amount of 1 275 rubles per month.
