The Federal Service for Labour and Employment (Rostrud) is a federal executive body responsible for the monitoring and oversight of issues related to labour, employment, community service and social security. It also provides state services in public employment assistance, and in issues related to labour migration, the resolution of labour disputes, and the provision of benefits stipulated by Russian law for socially vulnerable groups of the population.State Employment Service of Tatarsatn assists employers to select staff and citizens to find suitable jobs. The Service provides them with information about demand and offer in the labor market, organizes vocational trainings in order to assist young people in choosing a profession, organizes professional training, retraining and professional development of unemployed.
In order to organize systematic work to support various categories of Fatherland defenders, participants in heroic events, as well as to perpetuate the memory of servicemen and law enforcement officials who died in the performance of military and official duty, a public project of the Volga Federal District “Heroes of the Fatherland” was held.
