Issues of attracting young talents discussed in Mendeleyevsk
Specialists of the Government Employment Service for the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting of HR Committee of Kamsky Innovation Territorial and Production Cluster. Among participants of the meeting were as well Valery Chershintsev – Head of Mendeleyevsk District Administration, heads of local enterprises, organizations and educational institutions.
The Kamsky Cluster today is represented by modern petrochemical and oil refining enterprises in Nizhnekamsk, automobile manufacturing and automotive component businesses in Naberezhnye Chelny, recognized throughout both Russian and world markets, as well as scientific and educational complex represented by 2 national research universities and one Federal university, along with industry-specific and research centers, providing these enterprises with qualified personnel and cuttingedge innovative developments in the field of chemical and petrochemical industry and machine engineering.
