Training for women upbringing children with disabilities was organized last week in Kazan. The event was held by Kazan Complex Social Service Centre in cooperation with Kazan City Duma, Kazan Mayor's Office, United Russia Political Party and Mary Cay Beauty Company.

The aim of the event was to help women to cultivate their self-trust, improve themselves, completely accept and love themselves, trust instincts and judgments rather than being controlled by others. According to specialists in social work, some people conditioned to seek the approval and guidance of others instead of trusting their own. As a result, many of us suffer from the symptoms of self-doubt: crippling indecision, constant desire for approval, perfectionism, and the fear of failure.
