Several lessons on history coincided with the Day of Constitution of the Russian Federation have been given today for clients of Rehabilitation Centre for People with Disabilities in Naberezhnye Chelny. Among participants of the event were 29 people with disabilities and senior citizens. The lessons were given by Lyaysan Martynova, specialist of the Central District Library.
Russians approved by referendum the new Constitution of the Russian Federation on December 12, 1993. The first ever Russian constitution was adopted in 1918 after the Monarchy was overthrown by the new Soviet regime, forming the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.
