Decade of People with Disabilities in Baltasy municipal district

Annual Decade of Disabled Persons in Baltasy municipal district was yesterday opened with festive event organized by activists of local Society of People with Disabilities. The event was held upon the initiative of Chulpan Gabdulganiyeva, disabled person of group I.
According to specialists of social service institutions for disabled people, each person with disabilities has a right to take part fully in the life and development of their societies, enjoy living conditions equal to those of other citizens, and have an equal share in improved conditions resulting from socio-economic development.
