Elmira Zaripova lets out a secret of active aging

Elmira Zaripova, Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a visiting session of the Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs and Committee on Social Policy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was devoted to the Action Strategy for Senior Citizen 2025 of the Russian Federation.

The Minister informed the MPs about social service institutions and non-profit organizations rendering social services to senior citizens in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to Elmira Zaripova, there were different forms and technologies of social work used by specialists in their daily performance – “mobile social teams”, door-to-door raids (according to statistics, number of senior citizens that had been visited since January 2017 reached 103 000), social project “Foster Family for Senior Citizen”.
